I make this with a rotisserie chicken, but you could also use homemade chicken breasts, chopped or shredded.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except the parsley which is optional for garnish.
Pour into a 9×13 casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Ingredients
3 cups cooked and diced chicken
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cups milk
¾ cup sour cream
1/2 cup water
2 cups long grain rice
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove the foil cover and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
